Al and Gloria watched the plant. They waited and waited and waited and waited but nothing happened. Finally Gloria said “I guess it might take a while to work.”

“I suppose it will take some time. At least it didn’t just drop dead.” said Al “ I don’t think I could have handled that”.

“Why don’t we go out to a movie. Maybe it will start to work while we’re gone.” suggested Gloria.

“I don’t think that I have time to go to a movie tonight” said Al. “I was planning to dust the tin cans in my pantry. If that dust gets ahead of me I’ll never catch up.”

“Come on” pleaded Gloria “it’s your favorite movie the “Rocky Horror Picture Show”. We’ll have a great time.”
